Taking the Zishan Edible Fungi Silicon Valley Industrial Park in Huai'an, Jiangsu Province as an example, real-time monitoring of temperature, humidity, light and other parameters in the mushroom planting environment is implemented using IoT sensors, and the data is automatically uploaded to the chain, ensuring full traceability of green planting. Our independently developed mushroom tunnel fermentation process uses physical and biological methods instead of chemical disinfection, solving the industry problems of pesticide residue risk and difficult traceability of production data dispersion from the source
Actively responding to the national "dual carbon" strategy, Zishan Group's green transformation measures are solid and specific. Zeng Wenzheng introduced that the group has achieved energy structure optimization and efficiency improvement through a series of technological transformations, such as biomass transformation of old boilers, preheating boiler feedwater using air compressor waste heat, and installing air preheaters to recover flue gas heat for gas boilers, significantly reducing carbon emissions.
